Hands-On Training
Weekend hands-on training in San Diego
Two days, Saturday and Sunday, in a working shop that wraps, tints, protects and coats cars for paying customers. You spend the weekend with film or coating in your hands, on real vehicles, next to the people who do the work.
Every course covers the whole job, from inspecting and prepping the car to the finished install, aftercare and how to price the work. It is built for three kinds of people: newcomers getting into the trade, installers who want cleaner, faster results, and detail and styling shops adding a new service.

Here is what you get
Every weekend course comes with the same things, whichever trade you pick.
Two full days
Saturday and Sunday, so you can train without taking time off from your week.
A working shop
Classes run on the shop floor on Production Ave, not in a rented classroom.
Taught by working installers
Your trainers wrap, tint, protect and coat cars for paying customers every week.
Small groups, real vehicles
Groups stay small, so the trainer is beside you while you work, not across the room.
A tool kit you keep
Every student goes home with the tools they trained on.
All materials and lunch
Film, coatings and supplies are included, and lunch is provided both days.
Certificate of completion
Every student who finishes a course gets a certificate from Anocote Corp.
90 days of support
Hit a problem on a real job after class? Reach the people who taught you.
Your weekend, day by day
Here is how a weekend runs, using Color Change Wrap Fundamentals as the example. Tint, PPF and ceramic coating follow the same rhythm: prep and first work on Saturday, harder work, finishing and pricing on Sunday.

Pick your trade
Four trades, one weekend format. Prices shown are for each fundamentals course.

Film types, California tint law, side windows and back glass.
PPF
Slip and tack, pre-cut kits, edge wrapping and full front installs.
Ceramic Coating
Paint inspection, correction, application, curing and aftercare.
Questions people ask first
Anything not covered here, the phone is answered by someone who teaches.
When do courses run?

Who is the training for?
People getting into the trade, installers who want cleaner and faster results, and detail and styling shops adding a new service.
Do I need experience?
No. Each fundamentals course starts with the basics and works up to a finished job you did yourself.
What is included?
A tool kit you keep, all materials, lunch, a certificate of completion and 90 days of support after class.
Can you train my whole crew?
Yes. Private 1-on-1 and team training runs 2 days, from $1,100 a day, and is built around the work your shop takes in.
